All Events Include:

  • Exclusive use of the 90-acre farm featuring beautiful ponds, hay fields, meadows, gardens, river frontage, and scenic mountain views with full photography access across the acreage
  • Beautiful post-and-beam barn, handicap-accessible with modern bathrooms and granite counter tops (3 stalls/bathroom)
  • Built-in bar with live edge bar tops, streamlined to serve two separate areas of the venue, both indoor the barn & outdoor stone cocktail area
  • Access to two fabulous get-ready rooms: The Dahlia Suite and Lounge. Each with their own entrance to the Barn and the outside.
  • Warming kitchen and prep area for your caterers, outside access so they do not have to walk through your event when they leave
  • Stone cocktail area with lighting and access to the fabulous indoor/outdoor bar
  • Ceremony Site that includes a paved aisle, arbor, and a pond with a fountain that lights up at night
  • Covered outdoor cocktail area at the Old Hay Bar with yard games and a fire pit for your guest’s entertainment
  • The owners will take you and your photographer to the top of the mountain for sunset pictures
  • Parking access with on-site attendant

New River Package

  • Access to the Barn from 12PM-9:30PM on Friday for unloading, set-up, ceremony rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner
  • Table & chair setup for 50 guests for the rehearsal dinner on the patio
  • Access to the Barn from 9AM-12AM on Saturday with a 6-hour event period; the event ending no later than 11PM
  • Table and chair setup for up to 185 guests for the ceremony and reception
  • Access to the Barn from 8:30AM-3PM on Sunday for clean-up and brunch (3-hour event period)
  • Cocktail style table & chair setup for up to 75 guests for the farewell brunch on the patio
  • 2 hours of photoshoot time for engagement or bridal shots (photographer not included)
  • 4 nights at our Cabin
  • 1 night in our Honeymoon Suite

Southfork Package

  • Access to the Barn from 12PM-9PM on Friday for unloading, set-up, ceremony rehearsal, and rehearsal dinner

High Country Package

  • Access to the Barn from 10AM-10PM with a 6-hr event period; the event ending no later at 9PM
  • Table and chair setup for up to 100 guests for the ceremony and reception

Jefferson Package

  • Access to the Barn & Property for 6 hours:
    • 2 hours for set-up & getting ready
    • 3 hours for the event
    • 1 hour for cleanup
  • Table and chair setup for up to 50 Guests for the ceremony and reception

A-La-Cart items include:

Rehearsal Dinner:

  • Use of the Patio the day before the wedding from 12:00PM-9:00PM with table and chair set-up. Food not included.

4-Bedroom Cabin:

  • Add on additional nights at our on-property cabin.

Honeymoon Suite:

  • If your package does not already include the Honeymoon Suite you can add it on for 1 night only.

Farewell Brunch:

  • Keep the party going and add on a farewell brunch. A casual cocktail party set-up on the patio for your friends and family who spent the night in the area. The add-on includes access to the Barn & property from 9AM-3PM, with a 3-hour event period.

Bridal Luncheon:

  • If you’d like to thank your bridal party for all their hard work leading up to the big day, add on our Bridal Luncheon to say thank you. Bring your squad to the mountain early and we will set up an intimate party on the main house’s patio for up to 20 guests.  Food not included.

Photoshoot:

  • Use of the 100-acre property for a two-hour photoshoot. We will escort you around the property in a 4-wheeler giving you access to the mountain top, fields, the river, gardens, and the barns. Photographer not included.
